Problem
1. User can login to the web interface.
2. User can see all the published applications.
3. User cannot launch the published applications.

Web Interface Error Message
1. an error occurred while trying to enumerate your published resources.
2. There are no published resources currently available for this user.

Cause
The user authentication fails while accessing the preferred zone data collector or/and XML broker server.

Resolution
1. Log on to the data collector or/and XML broker server.
2. Go to Administrative Tools - Local Security Settings.
3. Go to User Rights Assignment under Local Policies.
4. Double click Access this computer from the network and add Authenticated Users.
5. Double click Allow log on through Terminal Services and add Authenticated Users.
